Does it excite you to shape strategic decisions through finance and close business partnering? And do you have experience with financial planning, cross-functional collaboration, and turning insights into measurable results? If this sounds like you, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities, then you could be our new colleague.
As Finance Business Partner, you will be the trusted financial advisor to our Global Project Leads across the Development portfolio. You will focus on forward-looking analysis, scenario planning and business cases, rather than month-end controlling or technical accounting, proactively challenging assumptions and connecting financial insights into operational decisions. You will also be responsible for wider Finance Projects that span across our Zealand organization. This role offers extensive cross-functional exposure and visibility across the organization.
We offer exciting responsibilities:
You have a strategic mindset and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders constructively, and confident acting as a trusted sounding board across the organization. You bring a proactive, forward-looking mindset, thrive on cross-functional collaboration and visibility, and have a genuine "can do" attitude in line with our One Team value. As a person you are structured in your problem solving and are curious by nature.
You will join the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering team, reporting to the Head of FP&A and Finance Business Partnering, as part of Finance & Accounting — where we see ourselves as business partners to the whole organization.
We have a unique culture, characterized by excellent teamwork and strong engagement across the organization. And we want you to help us strengthen this culture.
Making bonds is at the core of everything we do. From discovering and developing the best new peptide drugs for patients, to engaging with our partners or connecting with each other. Interested in bonding with us? Then please apply no later than October 18, 2026, or as soon as possible. The applications will be reviewed as they come in. While a cover letter is not required, please include a few sentences in your CV explaining your motivation for applying.
