Job Title : Senior Finance Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner for our client-dedicated account in Gurugram. This individual contributor role combines advanced financial analysis with strategic leadership, encompassing comprehensive P&L ownership, balance sheet analysis, budget development and forecasting, and revenue trend identification. The successful candidate will create sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses, prepare executive reports for JLL and client leadership, and serve as a key finance advisor to cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include driving performance excellence through detailed analytics, providing expert financial guidance to support critical business decisions, and leading strategic initiatives without direct reports. Job Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with operation leads, sourcing, and commercial teams to achieve savings targets and cost reduction objectives
• Create sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planning and scope change management
• Monitor and analyze expense trends, cost structures, and contribution margins to identify optimization opportunities
• Provide detailed analytical support and analysis to business leaders to support decision-making in high-pressure situations
• Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks across the portfolio
• Provide financial and accounting support to transform behaviors and techniques of the organization
• Support and lead cost-savings and process improvement initiatives

Monthly & Annual Reporting

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial results with detailed variance analysis
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial packages and performance metrics to account teams and client personnel with precision and timeliness
• Develop and implement "Best in Class" reporting, including forecast accuracy reporting and KPI dashboards
• Provide detailed forecast analysis including Budget versus Actual spending and Forecast versus Actual spending
• Work with business leaders and senior members of the finance team to develop regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal reports, graphs, charts, and presentations

P&L Management & Compliance

• Oversee JLL P&L management for assigned accounts, including budget monitoring, receivables and payable management, and financial performance tracking
• Oversee comprehensive accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate calculation, invoicing, and revenue recognition in accordance with contractual requirements
• Maintain rigorous compliance with GAAP standards, JLL Internal Audit requirements, and client review protocols
• Execute scope change control processes, ensuring budget accuracy and alignment with approved modifications

Client Relationship & Strategic Partnership

• Serve as primary finance contact for client operations, ensuring seamless understanding and adherence to Master Services Agreement (MSA) terms and amendments
• Manage all client system interfaces and reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and contractual alignment
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with sourcing and operations teams to drive integrated business solutions
• Demonstrate high level of customer service with multiple stakeholders worldwide

Systems & Process Excellence

• Implement and maintain robust accounting systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives and re-engineering opportunities to enhance service delivery
• Deploy innovative planning and reporting tools to streamline operations and improve decision-making capabilities
• Support and lead cost-savings and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity

Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to facility teams, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by JLL and client leadership teams
• Be a reliable and trusted team member to both direct management and business partners
• Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials
• Take initiative on projects and tasks and extend support cross-functionally

Job Prerequisites

Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master's degree preferred. Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Leadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance management experience, including international team leadership and client relationship management in complex service environments with exceptional attention to detail & accuracy.

Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting systems with expert-level Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and complex financial modeling. Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP standards. Experience with enterprise resource planning platforms (E1 and Corrigo systems preferred). Proficiency in VBA, Python, or other programming/automation tools for financial analysis and reporting optimization is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop ad-hoc reports and explain reporting data effectively.

Communication & Leadership: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams

Core Competencies: Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to drive meaningful solutions with urgency and pre-determine stakeholder needs. Discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information. Strong commitment to client service excellence with track record of process improvement and system implementation initiatives. Performs routine tasks efficiently with capability to improve processes and efficiencies.

Client-Focused Collaboration: Strong commitment to client service excellence with experience working in diverse, fast-paced professional environments and managing multiple stakeholder relationships

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with E1 and Corrigo systems or similar enterprise resource planning platforms, Background in real estate services, facilities management, or professional services industries. International business experience. Experience supporting global accounts with multiple stakeholders. Proven track record in leading cost-savings initiatives and driving operational excellence.
