Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Finance, you will be responsible to lead Finance activities for CPS Pakistan, including FP&A, Business Planning, Internal Controls, and Manufacturing Finance. Partner closely with Plant Leadership, Regional Finance, and CPS stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision‑making, drive productivity and value creation initiatives, and ensure strong financial governance and compliance. Act as a trusted business partner and finance leader within the manufacturing environment, delivering high‑quality insights and execution against business commitments.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Serve as a core member of the CPS Pakistan Plant Leadership Team, providing financial leadership and commercially focused insights to support business performance and value creation.
  • Lead finance support for Business Planning, Regional Standards, rolling estimates, and forecasting processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful submissions aligned with CPS and regional objectives.
  • Drive delivery of CPS Pakistan financial commitments, including operating income, cost productivity, overhead control, inventory management, and working capital performance.
  • Partner with Plant Management, Supply Chain, and Commercial Finance to improve end‑to‑end supply chain performance, support S&OP, commercialization initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
  • Lead and oversee Core Finance activities including General Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, P&L management, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working closely with Regional Finance Centers.
  • Implement and sustain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with Company policies, CAD requirements, COBC, FCPA, and statutory regulations. Act as primary plant finance liaison with Internal Audit, External Audit, and Tax authorities.
  • Drive capital and operational budget analysis, support capital project evaluation, and ensure effective governance, tracking, and post‑investment performance monitoring.
  • Support CPS regional and global transformation initiatives, process optimization, digitization and finance excellence programs
  • Build strong working relationships with OU Finance, bottlers, and key stakeholders to enable effective business partnership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Supervisory Responsibilities and Organization Impact / Influence

Direct reports:

  • 1–3 Finance professionals (Assistant Finance Manager/Management Trainee/AP Specialist)
  • Responsible for coaching, performance management, capability development, and succession planning to build a high‑performing and resilient finance team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Type of previous work experience required:

  • 8-10 years of financial management experience with responsibility for operations with people and resources management experience
  • Experienced in Annual Business Planning and strategic thinking including applying forecasting techniques and skills to develop and evaluate business goals and strategies, analyzing information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning/re-planning, and controlling actual results vs. budget.
  • Must possess ability to motivate and develop the talent and to collaborate with cross-functional peers to define the business plan/rolling estimate deliverables.
  • Ability to link business results and finance performance through strong business acumen and knowledge of the system.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ACCA, ACMA or equivalent
  • Good Knowledge of SAP and Power BI
  • Planning and Budgeting
  • MIS and Reporting
