About the role
WeWork is looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing to help drive marketing performance across our global portfolio. Based in Mexico City and part of WeWork’s Global Marketing team, this role will sit at the intersection of global marketing strategy, regional marketing, and property-level execution, helping ensure our marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact across markets.
The Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing will partner closely with regional marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and evolve the frameworks, programs, and insights that enable strong field marketing around the world. A critical part of the role will be developing a deep understanding of global and regional marketing performance—identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of underperformance and translating those insights into actionable recommendations for regional teams and the broader Global Marketing organization.
This individual will also help strengthen our approach to property marketing, ensuring marketing strategies reflect the needs of individual buildings, neighborhoods, and markets while remaining connected to broader regional and global priorities. The role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, understand both portfolio-level and property-level business needs, and bring structure and consistency to marketing across a complex, global organization.
Success in this role will require strong commercial instincts, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence across markets and functions without always having direct ownership of execution.
Global & Regional Marketing Strategy
Partner with Global Marketing leadership and regional marketing teams to translate company priorities and business needs into actionable regional and field marketing strategies that drive demand, member acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Establish a consistent global approach to field marketing while allowing for the flexibility required to address local market dynamics, customer needs, and commercial priorities.
Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Real Estate, Community, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in business priorities.
Connect insights and best practices across regions, identifying opportunities to scale successful programs, campaigns, and approaches globally.
Support annual and quarterly marketing planning, helping regional teams prioritize initiatives and investments based on business opportunity and expected impact.
Lead and develop a high-performing team while providing guidance and mentorship across the broader regional marketing organization.
Marketing Performance & Business Insights
Develop a comprehensive understanding of global and regional marketing performance, including the key drivers of performance across markets, channels, audiences, and properties.
Partner with regional teams and Global Marketing to define and monitor key performance indicators and build consistent reporting that provides visibility into marketing performance at the global, regional, market, and property levels.
Analyze marketing and business performance to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and the "why" behind performance, combining quantitative data with local market context to develop actionable recommendations.
Translate performance insights into clear narratives and recommendations for Global Marketing leadership, regional teams, and senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with Finance and regional stakeholders to evaluate marketing investment, effectiveness, and ROI and help direct resources toward the highest-impact opportunities.
Regional & Property Marketing
Partner with regional Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Design, and Operations teams to develop strategies that address market- and property-specific business needs, including new openings, occupancy opportunities, competitive pressures, product priorities, and other commercial objectives.
Evolve WeWork’s global approach to property marketing, creating scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that regional teams can adapt to individual markets and buildings.
Identify priority properties and markets where focused marketing investment can have the greatest business impact, informed by customer insights, competitive dynamics, sales needs, property performance, and broader market conditions.
Support the development of localized campaigns, activations, partnerships, events, and other programs designed to generate awareness and demand for specific properties or portfolios.
Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing
Partner across Global Marketing channels—including Email, Social, Content/Editorial, Communications, Events, Partnerships, and Paid—to ensure regional and property-level needs are reflected in global programs and campaigns.
Help regional teams effectively leverage and localize global campaigns, messaging, creative assets, and channels while identifying where market-specific programs are required.
Support integrated marketing programs across the full customer journey, from awareness and consideration through lead generation and conversion.
Partner with digital and growth teams to identify opportunities to improve local paid media, SEO, web conversion, CRM, and other demand-generation efforts.
Ensure field marketing programs have clear objectives, target audiences, measurement plans, and connections to commercial outcomes.
