Job Description

We are a global and fast-growing specialty pharmaceutical company with an exceptional, sustainable business model. Our mission: to be THE platform for established and trusted branded products in various therapeutic areas and indications and to ensure their availability in the highest quality as an important partner of the innovation-driven pharmaceutical industry for the global market!

We have a common goal: to improve people's health and lives. That is why we do not think in terms of quick effects, but want to achieve more with our actions - in the long term and reliably.

All this is only possible with people who don't just do their job, but want to achieve something themselves. We are so successful because we develop and encourage our colleagues and give them the freedom and flexibility they need for their daily work. If you want to be part of our success story, we look forward to receiving your application!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Implementation for New CMO Integration
Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). This includes conducting market analyses to identify suppliers, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and fostering sustainable relationships.

Periodical review of implemented CMOs together with Project Management, Supply, Quality and other departments in order to understand the need for additional source for uninterrupted supply or elimination of existing sources to drive cost efficiency.

Collaborate with different departments to review supply chain stability, minimize costs, and mitigate risks.

Stay updated on industry trends through events and conferences. Work with internal teams to ensure effective selection, seamless integration, and strategic alignment of CMOs with organizational goals.

  • Comprehensive End-to-End Product Integration Planning
Design and implement a product integration strategy from deal closure to market readiness. Engage early, starting from the due diligence phase, to align with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish goals and develop project plans and timelines that meet divestment partner commitments and internal requirements, ensuring an uninterrupted supply chain.
  • Managing the RFQ Process
Identify and evaluate potential CMO vendors with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Cheplapharm’s interests. Prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation) documentation, analyze supplier offers, and negotiate terms and pricing. Proactively manage CMO communication, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination, timely vendor selection, and successful implementation. Support technology transfer processes and oversee cross-functional coordination for introducing new CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations).

Your Profile:
