Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or related field
• A minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar role
• Age 35 or below
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken
• Capacity to drive under pressure and flexibility to work extended hours when necessary Strong IT Proficiency
• In-depth understanding of shipping documents, LC's, incoterms

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive import & export shipping operations.
• Guide and manage the export documentation team.
• · Negotiate Freight terms and handle booking.
• Handle both pre and post shipping documentation processes.
• Coordinate with relevant entities for securing import and export permits and documents
• Facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
• Oversee logistics operations.
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure punctual shipment delivery
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Generate and present reports to both management and customers
• Uphold the integrity of the ERP system
• Address and resolve customer complaints and claims
