Senior Manager – Experience Design (Interior) – Contractual Hire

The strategy group maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we’re never playing catch-up. Design translates strategies into award winning products and experiences. In Program Management, it’s more about the delivery of our strategies into realized benefits. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.

What you'll deliver

·You’ll develop and deliver a compelling vision for the holistic passenger journey, creating innovative service concepts that elevate Dubai Airports’ global position.

·You’ll embed a customer-first mindset across all design activities, ensuring both functional and emotional needs of passengers are fully understood and addressed.

· You’ll leverage data and passenger insights to develop practical, scalable concepts, prototypes, and infrastructure solutions that enhance the airport experience.

· You’ll create and implement a strategic experience masterplan, delivering a portfolio of innovative solutions that delight customers and differentiate Dubai Airports.

· You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer experience is fully integrated into infrastructure plans and capital projects

· You’ll establish frameworks to monitor, measure, and continuously enhance the quality of passenger experiences and service propositions.

·You’ll deliver design solutions that are economically feasible, operationally viable, and commercially impactful.

·You’ll partner with internal teams, external consultants, and service providers to ensure successful delivery of experience design initiatives.

What you bring

·You’ll have proven experience in customer experience design, service design, or human-centered design within complex environments with an overall of 10-12 years of experience.

·You’ll have a strong ability to translate user insights into innovative, practical solutions

·You’ll have a data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights and research

·You’ll have a strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions and lastly, passion for creating world-class, customer-centric experiences
