  • Review performance after every program and use the findings to guide future investment decisions.
Great If You’ve Achieved This:
  • Owned B2B events, sponsorships, partnerships, or field marketing programs end to end.
  • Built programs that contributed to qualified meetings, pipeline, or revenue.
  • Managed a mix of conferences, webinars, roundtables, executive events, and partner-led campaigns.

  • Take ownership of all active events and partnerships, with clear plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Put a consistent process in place for event planning, target-account alignment, lead capture, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Review our current partner ecosystem and identify where we should invest more, renegotiate, or step away.
  • Build the next year’s events, webinar, and partnership calendar around our priority markets and audiences.
What You Will Achieve in 180 Days:
  • Run a consistent events and partnerships program across Recruiterflow’s key markets.
  • Build a healthy mix of large industry events, focused executive programs, webinars, and partner-led campaigns.
  • Develop a stronger network of associations, media partners, industry experts, and influencers that can help Recruiterflow reach the right audiences.
  • Improve the quality of event execution, from pre-event promotion and meeting generation to on-site experience and post-event follow-up.
  • Show clear contribution from events and partnerships across target-account engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence.
  • Create a repeatable operating model that helps Recruiterflow make better decisions on where to invest its events and partnership budget.
