Job Description

Endeavor Poland is a small, high-trust, high-performance team supporting globally ambitious technology entrepreneurs from Poland and the broader region.

You will work directly with founders, investors, board members, and the global Endeavor network across 50 markets. Your mission is simple but high leverage: identify exceptional founders early, support them deeply, and ensure no high-potential entrepreneur is missed. This role sits much closer to founder selection, strategic relationship-building, ecosystem intelligence, and high-context founder relationships than traditional account management or community roles.

You will operate across Poland and increasingly across Central and Eastern Europe, building relationships with globally ambitious founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.

You will work closely with founders and C-level leaders of companies such as ElevenLabs, ICEYE, Booksy, Docplanner, Silent Eight, Spacelift, and Capchase, while also helping identify the next generation of globally ambitious founders emerging from AI, science, engineering, and the broader Central and Eastern European technology ecosystem.

We value judgment over process-following. The quality of founder judgment, relationship depth, and ability to identify outlier entrepreneurs directly impacts who enters the Endeavor network.

About the Role:

As Senior Manager, Entrepreneur Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of entrepreneurship in Poland.

You will be responsible for identifying and selecting the country's most promising founders while serving as a trusted strategic partner to entrepreneurs already within the Endeavor network. You will work directly with ambitious founders navigating critical scaling challenges and connect them with the people, expertise, and opportunities that can accelerate their growth.

At the same time, you will help build one of Endeavor Poland's most distinctive strategic assets: a world-class network of AI, technology, and business leaders of Polish origin who can support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business judgment with a deep curiosity about entrepreneurship, thrives in founder-facing environments, and enjoys turning relationships and insights into meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility #1: Overseeing Endeavor Entrepreneurs’ Selection (30%)

  • Own Endeavor Poland's entrepreneur selection pipeline, ensuring a strong flow of high-potential companies and a consistently high standard of candidate quality.

  • Coach and oversee the Senior Associate responsible for sourcing, evaluation, and candidate preparation, ensuring a best-in-class entrepreneur experience throughout the selection journey.

  • Provide oversight at critical points in the selection process and serve as a strategic sounding board during founder evaluations, candidate positioning, and panel preparation, ensuring entrepreneurs are well prepared to advance through Endeavor's selection process.

• Responsibility #2: Support Endeavor Entrepreneurs (50%)

  • Manage the portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs, serving as their go-to person at Endeavor for strategic challenges and growth support.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each entrepreneur's priorities, opportunities, and growth challenges.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner by facilitating high-value conversations and identifying opportunities for support. Mobilize Endeavor's platform to address founders' challenges, facilitating high-quality connections between entrepreneurs and Endeavor's global network of mentors, investors, and experts.

  • Ensure entrepreneurs remain actively engaged with the Endeavor community.
    

• Responsibility #3: Build the Global AI Mentor network (20%)

  • Map the Polish AI diaspora, identifying founders, operators, and investors who have helped build globally consequential AI and technology companies and are motivated to give back to the next generation of entrepreneurs.

  • Leverage Endeavor Poland's network and relationships to identify, recruit, and activate world-class AI mentors within Endeavor's global mentor network.

  • Build trusted relationships with leading Polish-origin AI leaders across the world, creating a long-term community of experts who can support founders through mentorship, strategic advice, introductions, and ecosystem-building initiatives.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience

• You are genuinely excited about entrepreneurship. You follow founders, read about startups, and find company building intellectually compelling, not just professionally interesting. Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex companies and industries.

• You operate with a high degree of autonomy. You don't wait to be told what to do; you diagnose, prioritize, and act.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented. You can manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously without dropping the ball.

• Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in evolving environments and are excited to help build and refine processes

• Clear communicator and Globally Minded: You can communicate effectively and empathetically with teammates at all levels and from different cultures and markets

• Fluency in both Polish and English is required for this position.
