In this role, you'll:

Be a key strategic leader, driving continuous improvement in risk maturity, culture and performance for Transport for NSW.

This role will see you lead the design and implementation of TfNSW’s enterprise risk standards, systems, reporting, and practices. You will have the opportunity to drive innovation and deliver high profile programs around risk appetite, culture and capability. You will lead a small, high-performing team and partner with the Enterprise Assurance team and other 2nd line functions.

You will drive collaboration across senior leaders and stakeholders, influence decision-making at the executive level, and secure buy-in for critical risk initiatives in a dynamic and challenging environment.

About you


You are recognised expert in your field, a strategic thinker who demonstrates high levels of integrity and resilience, with extensive experience in enterprise risk management or a related field in a large and complex organisation.

Your leadership and management skills, combined with advanced collaboration and influencing capabilities at senior levels, will see you uplifting risk maturity across the enterprise and embedding sustainable practices that drive organisational success.

Candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (CPA, RMIA, IIA) will be highly regarded.
