Your Team

The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.

The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.

Your responsibilities

  • Trusted advisor who enables the GM with the diverse portfolio of work

  • Represent the GM in meetings and forums whereappropriate,assiststhe GM with ad hoc initiatives and collaborates to solve complex problems

  • Supports the leadership of the EE team including EE leadership meetings, teammeetingsand social events

  • Supports the development and implementation of the EE strategy

  • Works closely with the Finance team, ECO Business Management and the EE team to develop the team budget,monitorbudget vs actual, and look at opportunities for cost efficiencies.

  • Prepare materials, reports, and briefings for Board meetings, committeesessionsand key stakeholder communications; ensure smooth communication and follow-up.

  • Builds strong relationships across EE to help break down silos, enhance ways of working, ensure compliance with governance practices, and triages / prioritises work requests.

  • Drives excellent risk management and compliance practices in EE including oversight of ERICA and the monitoring the team's regulatory obligations oversight (e.g. FSS)

  • Develops deep stakeholder relationships across ASX to support the GM and the team
    Proactivelyidentifyopportunities tocontinuouslyimprove and streamline EE operations with a focus on AI adoption and automation.

  • Facilitate onboarding, induction of new team members, team member exits

  • Contribute to a collaborative EE culture byrolemodellingASX values and actively breaking down silos.

  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.

  • Operates independently and effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities andtradeoffs

  • Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role’s function and the broader ASX context.

  • Lead with a pragmatic,deliveryfocusedandriskinformedstyle, balancing pace with proportionate governance and risk management.

  • Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant to role scope.

  • Undertake other activitiesreasonably requiredto support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.

Your experience and qualifications

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience within Australian financial services, capital markets, or securities exchanges.

  • Proventrack recordin strategic planning, projectmanagementor operations.

  • Demonstratedability to manage complex stakeholder relationships including senior executives and teams

  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing Board and Executive-level reports and presentations.

  • Ability to workindependently, multi-task, prioritise requests and work independently

  • Experienced in managingconfidentalinformation

  • Extensive MS suite skills

Nice to have

  • Atlassian tooling experience

  • Experience with AI tools and adoption

  • Experience with risk systems
