This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for leading Enterprise Architecture across Transport's corporate platforms and business services landscape, providing strategic direction that enables enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence.


You will lead a team of Enterprise Architects responsible for defining business and technology roadmaps, target-state architectures, and strategic capability plans across key corporate domains.


You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Transport's corporate technology ecosystem, ensuring enterprise architecture aligns with organisational priorities, business strategy, and long-term transformation outcomes.


Your focus will be on driving large-scale business and technology transformation across corporate functions including:

- ERP and enterprise business platforms
- Procurement and supply chain systems
- Human Capital Management (HCM) and workforce platforms
- Finance and corporate services
- Enterprise content and document management systems
- Workflow, records management, and corporate productivity platforms

Working closely with senior executives and business leaders, you will lead the development of enterprise architecture roadmaps, capability models, operating models, and technology blueprints that support modernisation, process optimisation, and improved organisational performance.


You will provide architecture leadership across major transformation programs, ensuring investments align with strategic objectives while balancing delivery practicality, operational requirements, governance obligations, and future-state capability needs.


The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, with responsibility for influencing executive decision-making, leading architecture governance forums, and fostering alignment across business, technology, delivery, and operational teams.


As a senior leader, you will build and develop enterprise architecture capability, uplift architectural maturity, and create a collaborative environment that supports innovation, strategic thinking, and successful transformation outcomes.

About you

You are a strategic Enterprise Architecture leader with significant experience delivering large-scale transformation across corporate and enterprise business platforms.


You bring:

- Proven experience leading Enterprise Architecture functions within large and complex organisations.
- Demonstrated success delivering major transformation programs involving ERP, Finance, Procurement, HR, Workforce, Document Management, or Corporate Services platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, business capabilities, process transformation, and organisational change.
- Extensive experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps, capability models, target-state architectures, and strategic business technology plans.
- Strong architecture governance and stakeholder management capability, including experience influencing executive leaders and investment decisions.
- Deep knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing architecture teams.

You are commercially astute, highly collaborative, and capable of translating business strategy into practical architecture outcomes that deliver measurable value across the organisation.
