The role
As Senior Manager, Engineering Experience & AI, you shape the platform engineering roadmap and lead the developer experience and AI agenda across Technology & Delivery. You drive measurable improvements in how engineering teams engage with platform capabilities, enabling faster, safer and more confident delivery.
About you
You are a senior technology leader with a strong track record in platform engineering or engineering enablement, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You influence outcomes across complex environments and bring a product mindset to engineering platforms.
