Support the launch of new digital products by driving subscriber adoption and ensuring high-performance retention outcomes post-launch.
Design and govern a rigorous experimentation framework. This includes overseeing A/B testing, optimising the online cancellation UX, and transitioning successful pilots into automated, scalable engagement and retention campaigns.
Act as a strategic partner to Editorial, Technology, and Product teams. You will facilitate collaborative, multi-channel communication strategies that deliver personalised customer experiences.
Provide detailed reporting and analysis on daily active usage, customer attrition trends, and campaign efficacy to inform executive decision-making.
