The role: leading teams and software project delivery
As Senior Manager for SitaWare Insight, you will lead two product development teams and hold overall responsibility for both delivery and people leadership. The teams include data scientists, developers, architects, student workers and a Scrum master.
As the organisation continues to grow, you will play a key role in hiring and onboarding new colleagues while ensuring strong team performance, wellbeing and development – and the delivery of high-quality software.
Your teams will focus on two areas: one team will be strengthening SitaWare Insight’s current capabilities, while the other will explore and develop agentic AI for the platform.

You should expect occasional travel to Copenhagen, approximately 5–10 days per year.

You will join the SitaWare Insight programme within Systematic’s Defence business unit. The programme brings together multiple teams across Aarhus and Copenhagen and is a well-established area with strong momentum and significant investment to support continued growth.
You will work alongside two other senior managers and become part of a strong, collaborative leadership team. The product is built on modern technologies, developed in an agile environment and shaped in close partnership with customers and product owners.
What you bring: strong leadership experience combined with software project delivery experience
You bring solid experience in both project delivery and people leadership, combined with a track record of delivering complex software development projects. You understand that the strongest results are created by teams that are well-led, motivated and continuously improving.
