What’s the role?
You’ll join our Non-Financial Risk team supporting the Consumer Division and Enterprise Functions, helping the business navigate compliance in a practical and forward-looking way. This is a permanent role based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide, working in a collaborative, enterprise environment.
Day to day, you’ll act as a trusted advisor across the business by providing clear, pragmatic compliance guidance on projects, regulatory change and day-to-day operations. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to understand how the business runs, identify risks and help shape solutions that work in practice.
You’ll also play a key role in monitoring the control environment, assessing incidents and supporting remediation, while contributing to a strong and consistent compliance approach across the division.
This is a role where you’ll balance independence with partnership, bringing a forward-thinking mindset, strong judgement, and a genuine focus on better outcomes for customers and the business.
