Senior Manager – Disability Assets Portfolio

Location: Parramatta

Employment type: Ongoing, Full Time

Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12 ($154,231 - $178,369 pa), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

As a Senior Manager- Disability Assets Portfolio, the role is to drive consistent and integrated infrastructure planning practices, as well as promoting a pro-active and positive business resilience culture. The role manages and coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives.

What you’ll do

As part of the Strategic Infrastructure Risk & Resilience directorate within Infrastructure & Assets division. You will be managing infrastructure planning relevant to the owned assets portfolio. The Senior Manager is required to assess the current state of owned assets and develop short-term and long-term strategies and plans for improving the state of the portfolio.

They will develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across divisions and business units to establish these strategies and plans required to maintain owned asset condition and serviceability to the NSW community, primarily in the Disability assets portfolio.

You will be leading a team of up to 6 direct reports, the Senior Manager Disability Assets Portfolio is one of 9 senior managers reporting to the Director Strategic Infrastructure Risk & Resilience. The team works closely with the strategic property management and property advisory/leasing teams and collaborates with the wider I&A team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and maintenance with solid project management skills as well as being a great communicator. A leader with critical problem-solving ability and a demonstrated understanding of government processes and procedures.
