If you thrive on connecting business and technology, enjoy working in complexity, and want to shape the future of HR service delivery at scale, this is your opportunity.

You will create a clear, future-focused Technology Roadmap, ensuring our platforms and tools support a high-performing HR workforce and deliver best practice outcomes for employees and the communities we serve.

You will:

  • Set the direction: Lead the development and implementation of a 5-year technology strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and governance frameworks
