This is a rare chance to build rather than inherit.

Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, you’ll set the digital product strategy and roadmap across Digital Lending, Customer Experience and Dealer Services. You’ll decide what we build, why we invest in it and what value it creates, then take it from discovery through to launch, adoption and continuous improvement.

This is a greenfield environment. The product function, priorities and ways of working are yours to shape, and you’ll represent the digital product portfolio at executive level. What you’ll make happen

This isn’t about managing someone else’s roadmap. It’s about building one.

• Own the digital product strategy and roadmap across Digital Lending, Customer Experience and Dealer Services
• Build the product function, setting priorities and ways of working from the ground up
• Lead products across their full lifecycle, from discovery and user research through to launch, adoption and improvement
• Translate business strategy, customer needs and commercial opportunities into clear product priorities and investment decisions
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Risk and Finance, and influence senior stakeholders to align competing priorities
• Prove the value of what we build through business cases, product metrics and ROI tracking
• Champion intuitive, accessible and customer-centred experiences for customers and dealers
• Manage key technology vendors and strategic partners
• Scout emerging technology, digital lending trends and changing customer behaviours to spot what’s next

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a commercially minded product leader who has built things, not just run them.

• Experience taking a digital product from concept through to launch and adoption, owning the strategy and roadmap throughout
• 4+ years in digital product management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Comfort working in a greenfield environment, making clear prioritisation decisions without a complete picture
• A strong grasp of customer journeys, product metrics and commercial product management
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align competing priorities without formal authority
• Enough understanding of digital architecture, APIs and platform ecosystems to partner confidently with technology and vendor teams
• Experience in financial services, lending or automotive is highly regarded, particularly in dealer or broker channels
