We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Product Operations Senior Manager to join the EDX Product Operations team. The Senior Manager will develop a broad understanding of all digital features and become a resident expert in order to serve as the primary contact for all things impacting the digital portfolio across the enterprise.

  • Collaborate with LPM and Tech Portfolio to ensure synchronicity of roadmaps and strategic priorities.
  • Champion JIRA reporting and contribute to the evolution of JIRA standards/best practices in collaboration with engineering team.
  • Facilitate PI ceremonies and other forums to develop and maintain robust communication across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Serve as the liaison for Product Directors and Managers in navigating the prioritization process and ensuring capacity assessments and current prioritization statuses are captured accurately.
  • ·Contribute to continual process improvement across the EDX Product team, including identifying process gaps and actively working on fixes/resolutions.
  • Collaborative – our role is largely relationship-driven, working internally with Product, Design, and Engineering, and externally with partners and stakeholders.
  • Results-minded & resourceful – with an appreciation of how to build products
  • Analytical – ability to synthesize data relating to features, themes, and capacity.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic – must be excited about the digital space and the external environment and a self-starter with a strong affinity to bring projects to a close quickly.
  • Strategic thinker – ability to see both the big picture and the details and to translate business requirements into an actionable delivery plan
  • Detail oriented & organized – active involvement in backlog development requires a process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage details in an environment with changing priorities.
  • Fun and outgoing – we’re looking for someone who can contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse team.
  • Advanced of knowledge of JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Operations, Product Management, or Agile Program Management
  • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA (reporting, backlog management, dashboards)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design)
  • Proven ability to manage prioritization, capacity planning, and roadmap alignment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product environments
  • Experience facilitating PI Planning and Agile ceremonies at scale
  • Demonstrated experience improving product development processes
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate business strategy into delivery execution

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
