Supportthe execution of the digital strategy for Cushman & WakefieldforAustraliaand New Zealandincluding support on website development,content management, social media,Salesforce Marketing Cloud,and CRM
Responsibilities:
Developdigital marketing strategy that supports the Cushman & Wakefield businessprioritiesand APAC digital roadmap
Develop Social media strategy that enhancesCushman & Wakefield’s brand nationallycreating adeeper engagement with clients and prospects
MaintainCushman& Wakefield website, working with global digital experts to continue to refresh and refineand complete regularcontentaudits and updates Ensure SEO ismaintainedandleverage SEM opportunities to drive further visibility and lead generation.
Manage detailed reporting on all digital marketing activity, providing analysis to the business and marketing teams on campaign effectiveness and make suggestions based on analytics
SupportPropertyOnesystem to ensurelistings and property marketing details isaccurate
Bring our brand positioning to life through digital mediums
Implement robust content marketing strategiestoamplify andmaximisekey research outputs
Undertake digital and social media trainingacrossthe business to improvebrandvisibilityacross Australia & New Zealand
Manage electronic direct mail campaigns;approve businesscampaigns prior to sending, workwith the teamson bestpractice, ongoingtemplate development, manage sends and ROI analysis as needed,and overseetheeDMcomponent ofallcorporatemarketing campaigns (event invites, post event communications, internal communications etc.)
Lead Canva uptake and ensure Cushman & Wakefield are at the forefront of maximizing new developments/AI via the platform.
Improveefficiency through digital ecosystem whilst sharing/training the team
Skills Needed:
Bachelordegree with 5+years marketing experience in end-to-end digital marketing and digital operations in a business environment; property, financial services or professional services/consulting firm preferred
Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Strong writing, editing,presentationand communications skills
Excellentorganisationaland project management skills andhigh levelof attention to detail
Customer focused with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and acrossdifferent cultures
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated, with a proactive work style
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Salesforce Cloud, Sitecore, Canva and CRM skills would be preferred
