This is a remote role with flexibility to live anywhere in the United States. Proximity to a Chartis office is preferred but not required. Client travel varies based on project needs, client preferences, and key milestones.
Senior Managers in our Digital & Technology Transformation line of business are integral members of our consulting teams, leading junior colleagues on projects with healthcare provider clients typically spanning 3-6 months in duration. Our projects are focused in the following areas: IT operational performance improvement, digital & IT governance & program management, M&A/PE IT diligence & integration, PMO optimization, enterprise digital strategy, and digital business case development.
Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights
Coach and mentor junior staff, driving the development of their skills and knowledge
Produce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action
Support the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, preferably in a consulting / professional services environment
Experience working with healthcare provider digital and IT environments, including familiarity with major clinical, enterprise, and digital platforms (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, etc.), and the ability to think strategically about how technology enables provider strategy, operations, performance, and transformation
Familiarity with AI technologies and their implications for healthcare providers, with the ability to use AI-enabled tools effectively while applying independent critical thinking and professional judgment
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH), or equivalent experience developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a plus
Salary range: $160,000-$200,000 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
