We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Consumer Growth to drive revenue, profitability and build targeted customer portfolios across our digital channels. This role will own the P&L for digital consumer growth, focusing on scalable acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies for our DTC businesses, including e-commerce and wine club subscriptions. Ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, is data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented regulations driven environment.
Key responsibilities:
Own and manage the P&L for digital consumer growth, ensuring profitable revenue growth across DTC channels. Serve as a thought leader on digital growth.
Develop strategies to increase wine club memberships and subscriptions, ensuring long-term profitability. Implement data-driven pricing, bundling, and promotional tactics to drive sales.
Lead performance marketing initiatives, including paid search, google and meta with a focus on scalable and profitable customer acquisition. Develop data-driven audience segmentation strategies to increase conversion rates and lower CAC.
Establish and track KPIs such as revenue, margin, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and churn. Use A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to continuously improve digital performance. Provide monthly P&L analysis and strategic recommendations to cross functional teams and leadership
Lead cross-functional projects with brand marketing, Estate and finance teams to align digital growth initiatives aligned with annual goals. Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring optimal budget utilization and performance.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Digital Marketing or related field
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth strategy, with direct P&L responsibility.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate digital investments into P&L growth.
Proven success in scaling digital revenue and optimizing profitability in a DTC, CPG, or retail environment.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid media, CRM, and e-commerce optimization.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and e-commerce tools
Compensation Budgeted Range – ($115,389.00- $149,327.00) The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
