To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Manager – DevOps and cloud Architecture – IT located in Chennai location.

The role reports to the appropriate IT leadership and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Security, and other stakeholders.

What a typical day looks like:

• Driving the strategic roadmap, adoption, and continuous evolution of the Internal DevOps Platform to enable scalable, secure, and efficient application delivery

• Architect and guide hybrid/multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Enable Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks

• Support development teams with developer platforms and self-service capabilities

• Drive DevOps and platform engineering maturity

• Leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on ownership, automation, and innovation

• Collaborating with application teams, architects, and platform stakeholders to onboard applications onto the platform using standardized CI/CD templates and best practices

• Defining and enforcing DevSecOps standards, including SAST, SCA, container security, and compliance controls within CI/CD pipelines

• Monitoring platform performance, deployment metrics (DORA), and developer experience to drive continuous improvement and business value realization

• Managing and optimizing cloud-native environments across AWS/OpenShift, ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency

• Governing platform processes, including access control (RBAC), audit compliance, change management, and pipeline traceability

• Partnering with Security, Infrastructure, and ITSM teams to ensure seamless integration and incident management (ServiceNow) for platform operations

• Driving automation initiatives, self-service capabilities, and adoption of AI/GenAI solutions to enhance developer productivity and platform intelligence

• Providing leadership updates, roadmap visibility, and executive-level reporting on platform adoption, maturity, and outcomes

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Any bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in DevOps/platform engineering leadership roles

• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub) and infrastructure as code practices

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes)

• Proven experience in building and scaling Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) or enterprise DevOps ecosystems

• Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices including SAST, SCA, secrets management, and compliance frameworks

• Experience in engineering governance, audit readiness, and security posture improvement initiatives

• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques

• Experience in integrating ITSM tools such as ServiceNow into DevOps workflows

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work across global teams and influence leadership decisions

• Strong leadership capability with demonstrated experience in mentoring, team building, and driving organizational change

• Exposure to automation frameworks, scripting (Python/Shell), and emerging technologies like GenAI in DevOps is a plus

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
