Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager - Data Analytics - Development Financial Analysis. In this vital role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance our financial analysis processes and deliver exceptional support for our development projects. Your expertise in data analytics will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and decision-making processes in alignment with our vision for the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio performance analysis, monitoring key financial metrics including IRR, ROE, profitability, cash flow, and project performance.
• Own, maintain, and update business plans, financial models, and forecasts across multiple development projects.
• Conduct variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Present business plans, financial analyses, and investment recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Identify value creation opportunities and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and annual budgeting.
• Establish reporting standards, improve reporting processes, drive automation initiatives, and ensure data quality across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred.
• 9–12 years of experience in development finance, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and portfolio reporting.
• Strong experience in managing business plans, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for large-scale development projects.
• Expert-level financial modelling skills in Excel, including DCF modelling, waterfall models, and sensitivity analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint for executive reporting and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
