ABOUT MAISON L’OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

Born of a simple gesture in 1976, L’Occitane en Provence reveals the living power of flora, where the light of the sun meets the richness of the earth. With advanced expertise, we turn these natural treasures into sensorial, efficient experiences, as sustainable as possible and profoundly inspired by Haute Provencal nature.
Our culture is built through everyday moments, how we behave, make decisions and show up for each other.
With Trust as our foundation, Curiosity as our compass, Excellence as our standard, we create lasting Impact for the people around us and our planet.

You will serve as a key planning partner to Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Planning, Allocation, and FP&A, translating demand signals into executable supply plans and aligned financial outcomes. This role requires strong analytical rigor, crossfunctional influence, and handson ownership of demand performance in a fastpaced retail environment.
PROFILE

  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  • Highly analytical and datadriven, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Proactive, resilient, and energized by fastpaced, performancedriven environments
  • Collaborative, trusted partner who leads through influence rather than authority

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Translate demand signals into clear inventory requirements to support sales objectives
  • New Product and Promotion Planning
    • Lead demand forecasting for new product launches, collections, and kits.
    • Quantify promotional and event lifts and improve promotion forecast accuracy.

  • All other duties or projects as assigned
