We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager, Demand Generation with strong B2B SaaS marketing experience and expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition, marketing ROI, and overall business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned with revenue and sales objectives
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, events, and content syndication
Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts
Optimize paid acquisition channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other performance platforms
Collaborate with sales, BDR, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness
Manage and improve email marketing and lead nurture programs with strong sequencing and tracking
Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics such as pipeline contribution, LTV:CAC, and ACV growth
Must-Have Qualifications:
5–7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS environments
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact
Strong expertise in ABM strategies, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), and CRM systems
Experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid digital campaigns
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or compliance
Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
Experience scaling demand generation programs in high-growth companies
