The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.


The Enterprise Enablement team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management, process mapping, adoption of AI and oversight of the Group Services Agreement.

Key purpose of the role:

To lead the delivery and enterprise rollout of the ASX Delivery Framework supporting the new ASX Delivery Policy and Standards. The role works in close partnership with the Senior Manager, Strategy Planning, Execution & Governance Lead Product Manager to implement, embed and assure adoption of the framework, including tooling, compliance and enterprise enablement, supported by executive and Board‑level reporting.

The Enterprise Enablement team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management, process mapping, adoption of AI and oversight of the Group Services Agreement.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the ADF (ASX Delivery Framework) Transformation program, accountable for delivering the enterprise rollout of the ASX Delivery Framework supporting the new ASX Delivery Policy and standards.
  • Partner closely with the Strategy Planning, Execution & Governance Lead (Business Owner) to translate policy intent, product roadmap and standards into implemented outcomes.
  • Lead end‑to‑end program financial management, including annual budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
  • Provide governance, oversight and control for the ADF Transformation ensuring enterprise adoption aligns to the approved framework, delivery standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage internal teams and specialist consultants supporting framework rollout, including delivery tooling configuration and enterprise enablement activities.
  • Prepare and deliver Executive and Board‑level reporting on ADF transformation progress, adoption, risks, compliance and outcomes.
  • Support enterprise‑wide ADF adoption and maturity uplift, working with EPMO, Delivery CoE and business teams to embed consistent delivery practices.
  • Actively engage and influence stakeholders across ASX to build understanding, advocacy and commitment to the ADF Transformation, supporting successful adoption of the Delivery Framework through clear communication, collaboration and change leadership.
  • Evolve practices to incorporate persistent teams and continuous delivery ways of working
  • Work with finance and project team on budget oversight
  • Contribute to a collaborative EE culture by role‑modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
  • Collaborate and work closely with EPMO team (ASX Delivery Framework business owners) to evolve, implement and embed transformation
  • Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end‑to‑end enterprise outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members and/or practitioners, supporting capability uplift, performance and effective ways of working.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities and trade‑offs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role’s function and the broader ASX context.
  • Lead with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused and risk‑informed style, balancing pace with proportionate governance and risk management.
  • Support the GM EE through strategic counsel, issue resolution and delivery of agreed enterprise priorities.
  • Present insights and recommendations at Executive and Board‑level forums, as required.
  • Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the EE function.

Your experience and qualifications

Must have

  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of complex programs or large-scale projects, preferably enterprise‑wide or cross‑functional in nature.
  • Proven ability to manage multi‑stream delivery, interdependencies, risks and vendors in hybrid or agile environments.
  • Seniorlevel experience managing program budgets and working closely with Finance to ensure robust financial governance and reporting.
  • Experience delivering programs within regulated environments, supporting compliance and assurance requirements.
  • Strong capability in executive and Board‑level reporting, including clear communication of progress, risks, adoption and outcomes.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations at Executive and Board‑level forums.
  • Managing and directing consultants as an embedded part of the Delivery team.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build enterprise‑wide buy‑in for transformational change.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing or scaling Agile Delivery Frameworks or similar enterprise delivery models.
  • Exposure to ways of working with continuous delivery and persistent teams.
  • Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tooling, particularly JIRA and Confluence, at enterprise scale.
  • Experience supporting enterprise tooling uplift (e.g. PPM, delivery or portfolio tooling).
  • Background in financial services, market infrastructure or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience engaging with external assurance or regulatory review activities.
