Get to Know the Team
The Marketplace team supports Deliveries teams across countries in managing driver supply, consumer pricing, and marketplace strategy. You'll work with datasets and analytics to derive insights and create solutions that improve business outcomes. The team manages marketplace products and is accountable for marketplace health and performance. Working in a hybrid Regional + Country model, you'll anchor the cross-country agenda, set frameworks, and lead conceptual thinking for regional priorities while working with local country leadership. You'll own your strategic impact across markets.
Get to Know the Role
This is a Senior Manager role reporting into the Head of Deliveries Marketplace and is based onsite at One North Grab Singapore office. You'll define, lead, and own the health and strategic direction of the Deliveries Marketplace (GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabMart). You'll combine analytical rigour with business strategy and influence executive-level stakeholders. You'll lead the Regional Marketplace mandate to set strategy, design solutions, and drive cross-country marketplace performance.
