Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Deal Advisory Senior Manager to lead complex transaction engagements and support clients across the deal lifecycleincluding acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and joint ventures. This role focuses on delivering financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and strategic insights to enable informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a track record in executing mid- to large-scale M&A or capital market transactions in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Review and analyze financial information, quality of earnings, working capital, and key performance indicators relevant to transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal process.
• Draft client-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, risks, and value drivers.
• Collaborate with teams across valuation, tax, legal, and strategy functions to deliver integrated transaction solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical growth and project execution skills.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client meetings, and pitch presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends and sector activity to identify new opportunities and inform client advice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in M&A, financial due diligence, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation concepts, and transaction structuring.
• Proven experience in managing multiple engagements and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cross-border or regulated industry transactions is an advantage.
