What’s the role?


This role performs a senior management function in the ongoing execution of the Information Management Operating Model across the Advanced Data Analytics Platform (ADAPT) and Data Warehouses, ensuring alignment with the Group’s data management policies and standards. Working closely with a range of projects and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will support the delivery of the Group’s Data and Digital Strategy and the Data Platform roadmap.


Key responsibilities include overseeing governance across ADAPT and associated data warehouses, supporting project delivery and change impact assessments, partnering with data owners, managing platform controls, resolving issues and incidents, providing user support and training, and ensuring appropriate data classification, security, privacy and risk management practices are maintained.

What do I need?

Essential:

  • Over 2 years of experience in managing and governing enterprise information and data assets.
  • Over 5 years of experience within the financial services or banking industry.
  • Over 2 years of experience in data risk management.
  • Over 2 years of experience working across project lifecycle.

Desirable:

  • Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks or business processes.
  • Understanding of business performance reporting, information management and analytical concepts, supported by strong numerical skills.
  • Over 2 years of experience in security, privacy or risk management.
