As the Senior Manager of Data Operations, you will own the data curation engine for our Link Key People Healthcare Professional product. This is a high-leverage leadership role: you will lead 8 Leads who oversee a global workforce of 500 to 800+ curators You are the bridge between human expertise and technical innovation, serving as the Data Operations voice within a cross-functional "squad" of Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
Your focus will be to constantly push the bar in established processes and ensure excellent KPIs in terms of quality and efficiency. Drive automation leveraging AI without sacrificing quality.
