We are seeking a Senior Manager – Customer Success to join our IT department, driving adoption, value realization, and business impact from our AI Design and PLM solutions.

This role plays a critical part in advancing digital transformation across the end-to-end product lifecycle from design to merchandising and development. Acting as a key connector between business, IT, and external partners to ensure solutions are effectively implemented, adopted, and continuously optimized to deliver measurable business impact.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

Customer Success & Adoption

  • Own end-to-end adoption and success of Design and PLM solutions across business units
  • Define and track success metrics including adoption, engagement, process efficiency, and business impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving adoption through effective change management and user enablement

Design & PLM Solution Management

  • Drive the evolution and optimization of AI Design and PLM capabilities
  • Partner with business teams to identify needs and translate them into scalable solution enhancements
  • Ensure alignment with end-to-end merchandising and product lifecycle processes

Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead or support implementation of PLM initiatives, including scope, timeline, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee key delivery milestones including UAT, training, and go-live readiness

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators
  • Monitor performance against deliverables, timelines, and service level agreements
  • Ensure vendor outputs align with business priorities and expected outcomes

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in processes, system capabilities, and user experience
  • Leverage user feedback and data insights to prioritize enhancements
  • Promote standardization and best practices across regions and teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, PLM, Digital Product Development, or related roles
  • Experience in fashion/apparel industry is a strong advantage, with familiarity in design, merchandising, and product lifecycle processes
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across business and IT functions
  • Experience working with external vendors or system integrators
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights
  • Experience in implementation, transformation, or change management initiatives is advantageous

  • Adoption, engagement, and effective usage of Design and PLM solutions
  • Measurable business impact (e.g., efficiency gains, cycle time reduction, cost optimization)
  • Successful and timely delivery of implementation initiatives
  • Vendor performance and stakeholder satisfaction
