We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Senior Manager – Customer Service (E)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the team responsible for advising on Mercer products and services. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, and the Legal department to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery of high-quality solutions.

We will count on you to

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve successful execution of their responsibilities
  • Manage team performance and monitor engagement to foster a productive work environment
  • Utilize personal expertise and continuous feedback to refine and enhance working methods
  • Track and analyze efficiency and service metrics to drive improvements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and standards supporting business strategy
  • Collaborate with global Career representatives and the Legal department to meet business requirements
  • Prepare complex contracts and product quotations
  • Conduct peer reviews of contracts and product quotes prepared by junior team members

What you need to have:

  • 8 years of experience in the areas of customer service and/or administration, including 2+ years in team leadership
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language
  • Very Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Attention to details and analytical mind-set
