Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle & Membership

Ready to drive customer growth, retention, and recurring revenue? We're seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to own our customer lifecycle strategy and membership programs across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Grow membership enrollment and recurring revenue through customer acquisition, retention, and renewal initiatives.
• Develop and execute lifecycle strategies across acquisition, conversion, service delivery, and win-back programs.
• Analyze ServiceTitan and other business data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.
• Improve customer experience, reduce churn, and optimize membership performance.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, Contact Center, and field leadership to drive execution and accountability.
• Build business cases, KPI reporting, and executive-level recommendations that influence company strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer lifecycle, membership/subscription programs, revenue operations, or service-based businesses.
• 3+ years leading programs, projects, or teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (preferred) or similar CRM/platforms.
• Proven ability to turn data into action and deliver measurable business results.
