In this role, you'll:



Work within the Planning, Integration and Passenger Division, as part of the Strategy Insights and Customer Experience Branch.

You will work closely with delivery partners to lead the strategic design, development and delivery of a cluster‑wide technical refresh of the Transport for NSW Customer Experience System, including customer‑facing channels and core enabling technologies.

The role defines the overarching product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, customer needs and enterprise delivery outcomes.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until the 31.12.27. The role is based at Elizabeth Street but primarily works from Parramatta with our delivery teams. It is embedded within the team’s established ways of working and supports collaborative program delivery. Flexible hybrid work options are available to promote balance and productivity.

About you



You will possess:

• Experience in DXP, digital platforms, customer channel development and/or CRMs systems is essential.

• Extensive experience leading large-scale product or program portfolios, with responsibility for strategy, planning, and delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• You will have expertise in developing and executing product or service strategies that balance customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and business value.

• Strong understanding of customer experience principles, service design, and the use of insights, data, and feedback to inform decision-making and measure impact
