We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead high-performing sales teams, accelerate market expansion, and create new opportunities that drive long-term business growth.

This is an opportunity to influence both strategy and execution. You’ll lead talented sales professionals, strengthen relationships with referral partners and clients, and shape the initiatives that fuel revenue growth across multiple channels. Working alongside leaders across the business, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while helping Global Payments continue to evolve in a dynamic marketplace.

In this role, you’ll own sales performance, market expansion, and team development. You’ll create opportunities that drive revenue growth, influence strategic partnerships that expand our reach, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success. Your leadership will help shape the future of commerce by empowering teams to deliver outstanding results for clients and the business.

What you’ll own

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver annual net revenue objectives and expand market penetration.

• Lead high-performing sales teams across multiple channels, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Build and strengthen referral partner relationships that generate new business opportunities and accelerate long-term portfolio growth.

• Create accurate sales forecasts and performance visibility through effective pipeline management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, including Salesforce.

• Expand client relationships by implementing retention and customer experience strategies that increase loyalty, portfolio value, and long-term revenue.

• Influence business growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic referral partnerships that strengthen market presence and drive new opportunities.

• Lead executive-level business reviews with clients, partners, and stakeholders to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support sustainable growth.

• Collaborate across Product, Operations, Finance, and other business functions to deliver seamless client experiences and maximize organizational effectiveness.

• Leverage emerging products, capabilities, and market opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and create competitive advantage.

• Shape future sales strategies through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance insights that improve commercial outcomes.

• Develop future leaders by attracting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining top sales talent while creating clear paths for growth and advancement.

What you’ll bring

• Proven success leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth in a business-to-business (B2B), financial services, payments, technology, or related environment.

• Strong leadership skills with experience building, developing, and motivating high-performing sales professionals.

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic sales plans that achieve ambitious business objectives.

• Experience developing referral partnerships, managing key client relationships, and driving business expansion initiatives.

• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis capabilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive sustainable business growth.

• A proactive and accountable leadership style that inspires teams to achieve results and embrace continuous improvement.
