What’s the role?
This is an 18-month max term opportunity where you’ll help strengthen credit decision quality across our Business and Wealth portfolios by leading independent hindsight reviews of credit decisions. You’ll assess how credit policies and Credit Approval Authority requirements have been applied, provide clear and constructive feedback, and turn review findings into practical insights that improve credit risk management.
You’ll work closely with credit decision makers and business stakeholders, bringing an independent perspective while building strong working relationships. You’ll also support the identification and escalation of emerging themes, recurring issues and systemic risks.
The role can be based in Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country or Melbourne, Naarm, Wurundjeri Country.
