Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Creative & Production, this role leads the cohesive delivery of our brand vision across creative advertising, public relations and experiential events.

This role drives an integrated, cross-agency ecosystem by centralizing strategic campaign briefs, empowering Agencies of Record (AORs) to operate in tandem under unified creative direction. By aligning channel strategies into seamless, multi-touchpoint executions, the Senior Manager ensures every campaign delivers maximum commercial impact and brand resonance.

Championing brand excellence, the Senior Manager manages multi-million-dollar production portfolios, elevates evolving design systems, and leads campaign creative reviews from concept through delivery, blending visionary brand leadership with financial discipline to deliver best-in-class, industry-leading work.

  • US Integration & Asset Scaling: Partner with US-based counterparts to identify synergies, share campaign assets, and adopt scalable templates or workflows where appropriate.
