Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is the investor services’ arm of Arendt. We help clients to efficiently run the operational side of their business, bringing peace of mind to investors. Equipped with the latest technology, our 300 experts provide clients with an integrated suite of fund and corporate services, delivered to the highest market standards.

Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.

The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:

Senior Manager - Corporate Services

The role of the Senior Manager is to lead the Operational team, ensuring the most efficient processes for serving the client base and maintaining high quality standards.

Being responsible for qualitative team management, ensuring respect for Arendt's values.


Your role:

Team management:

  • Managing a team of legal professionals from Junior to Manager level;

  • Ensuring the team's cohesion through a collaborative environment, a proper recruitment planning and enhancing a feedback culture among all levels of seniority;

  • Monitoring the overall performance of the team members, ensuring reporting deadlines are met (monthly/quarterly reporting/BCL – CbCr – VAT etc), with oversight on planning, scheduling and monitoring of workloads;

  • Ensuring that internal processes and procedures are applied;

  • Monitoring of the team members’ appraisal, targets setting and career development;

  • Leading by example and adopt the “can do” behavior and positive attitude in everyday business, client, process and staff situation.

Operations:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients ensuring a high level quality of service delivery;

  • Maintaining and building long-term client relationships as well as ensuring an excellent client satisfaction;

  • Contributing in business development via cross-selling and client relationships, representing and promoting a positive image of the company;

  • Acting as manager and/or director of companies and assume all duties relating to mandates – participation to board meetings and review /ensure critical analysis on the documentation to be executed notably in case of complex transactional files;

  • Having an active role on transactions monitoring with a close collaboration with your AML peer and trigger any escalation to the Compliance team;

  • Taking the ownership of periodical reviews within the team;

  • Taking ownership for end-to-end problem resolution, including root cause analysis, solution alternatives, business casing, decision triggering and implementation;

  • Sponsoring and acting as a key contributor to change management projects;

  • Taking the ownership of financial KPI's (profitability / budget / overruns and monitor financial KPI's of team members).

Your profile:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Service Delivery or Operations in the Corporate Services or Funds Industry. Proven experience in Managerial roles, acting as a leader and mentor within an international team;

  • Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA;

  • Problem solving and solution oriented;

  • Client mindset;

  • Empathy;

  • Pragmatism;

  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust;

  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate;

  • Fluency in English. French and/or German is an advantage.
