Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $113,900.00 – $189,900.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 20 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate Development, manages a team of project managers and supports development procedures for the department, developing and implementing standards, and delivering real estate solutions that meet acceptable cycle time and financial parameters. Specifically, real estate due diligence, design, engineering, and construction for all Grainger business units in North America. You will support all property acquisition and divestiture decisions that support Company strategic projects. You will manage all substantive construction and renovation activities on current properties (branches, distribution centers, office properties) that support our operations. This is a hybrid position requiring 50% of time onsite at either the Chicago, IL or Lake Forest, IL offices and will require approximately 25% travel.
