Job Description

Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

  • Lead the assessment and redesign of DP/IBP processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with global standards.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize and streamline processes, ensuring consistency across markets.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with key stakeholders across the APAC region, including senior leadership, to build awareness and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for DP/IBP processes.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support the roll-out and adoption of DP/IBP processes in the APAC region.
  • Align plans with the overall business strategy and objectives for the region.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of regional teams in DP/IBP processes and tools.
  • Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in demand planning and integrated business planning within a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of DP/IBP processes, tools, analytics and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
