Job Purpose: Responsible to support the execution of strategic communication initiatives at site level to enhance employee engagement, manage the brand's reputation, and ensure effective internal and external stakeholder communication in tendam with BU's strategies. Also, liasions with creative agencies and the local media to deliver impactful communications that align with business objectives and corporate identity. Provide inputs for reputation managemnet and updates periodically about project progress, concerns and emerging scenarios.
Site Corporate Communication Executive - Mining
Content Development:
Craft and disseminate compelling content for newsletters, dashboards, and reports to foster employee engagement and provide updates on internal developments.
Ensure all communication materials such as press and advocacy notes, white papers and factsheets reflect a consistent, targeted, and impactful message that aligns with the company's strategic goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain a content calendar that addresses key messaging priorities and business objectives.
Implement branding assets at site level to enhance company reputation.
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination:
Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategies that support business goals.
Act as a liaison between the site and the central team to ensure communication initiatives are approved and adhere to governance standards.
Provide communication support to CSR teams, aiding in the execution of events and initiatives through effective communication channels.
Media Collaboration:
Coordinate with external creative agencies to produce high-quality social media content ensuring positive impact on Adani's image.
Assist in research and recommendations for reputation management and crisis communication.
Manage leadership communication across internal channels and social media platforms to maintain a strong executive presence and brand image.
Financial and Event Management:
Oversee billing and budgeting for communication-related activities at sites, ensuring cost-effectiveness and proper allocation of resources.
Drive site-level events, obtaining necessary approvals from the central team and ensuring seamless execution.
Address hyper-local issues by engaging with the media and community, supporting corporate affairs in maintaining a positive public image.
Governance and Compliance:
Ensure all communication activities comply with corporate governance standards and contribute to the company's reputation management.
Support the site/cluster head in fast-tracking projects by facilitating clear and timely communication with local communities and stakeholders.
Digitization:
Employ location-specific digital tools to engage with the community and local stakeholders.
Utilize mobile platforms and social media channels to tailor communication strategies that resonate with local audiences.
Implement real-time communication tools and platforms to coordinate site-level communication activities, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information during critical events or updates.
