Senior Manager Corporate Business (South):

Key Responsibility Areas & Activities:

• Developing and leading corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue, growth and profitability targets.
• Building and strengthening strategic relationships with key corporate and enterprise clients.
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to shape sales strategy.
• Overseeing sales performance, pipelines and forecasts to ensure achievement of KPIs and targets.
• Driving new business opportunities and expanding the corporate client portfolio.
• Preparing sales forecasts, reports and presentations for management.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and relationship management.
• Collaborating with marketing, finance and operations teams for smooth execution of sales plans.
• Leading, training and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Requirements:

• BBA/MBA degree in Marketing or a related field with 8–10 years of experience in corporate sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills; experience in telecom/technology, quick commerce & MNCs are encourage is a plus.
• Strong B2B sales background, corporate client handling, and revenue ownership.
