Job Description

Papaya Global is a rapidly growing, award-winning B2B tech unicorn with an ambitious mission to revolutionize the payroll and payments industry. With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.

We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Content & Channels to join our Marketing team. This is a strategy-first, execution-driven role for someone who knows how to build a content machine — setting the editorial direction, running AI-powered production at scale, managing social media across all channels, and owning how content reaches the right audiences. You will be the bridge between Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing, ensuring everything Papaya publishes is sharp, consistent, and commercially effective.

Responsibilities

  • Own Papaya's editorial strategy — defining what we say, to whom, in what tone, and at what moment in the funnel
  • Build and run an AI-powered content production system — workflows, tools, and processes that deliver high-quality content at scale
  • Manage and grow Papaya's social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms — content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting
  • Own content distribution — ensuring every asset reaches its audience through the right mix of organic, email, social, and syndication channels
  • Lead executive social programmes — supporting Papaya leadership with thought leadership content and LinkedIn presence
  • Serve as the content partner to the Growth and Demand Gen teams — producing campaign copy, nurture sequences, and ABX messaging that drives pipeline
  • Translate Product Marketing inputs into audience-ready content across all formats and channels
  • Monitor content performance and continuously optimise based on engagement, traffic, and pipeline contribution data

Requirements

  • Native-level English — exceptional written communication is the foundation of this role
  • 5+ years of content marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of building content programmes that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • Hands-on social media management experience for a B2B SaaS company — content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Proven experience building and operating AI-assisted content workflows — prompt engineering, AI-assisted drafting, and automated production pipelines are a core part of how you work today
  • Strong editorial judgment — you know what makes a great story, who it's for, and how to adapt it across formats and channels
  • Experience with content distribution strategy — SEO basics, email marketing, social amplification, and content syndication
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Growth, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing teams
