We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Content and Proposal Management, Global Payments Solutions (GPS).

As a Content and Proposal Writer in Global Payments Solutions, you will combine strong business acumen and project management skills to lead the development of compelling and persuasive proposals, client narratives and public content.

Working closely with Sales, Product and Client Management teams, you will create well-structured, customised content that effectively communicate the value proposition of our cash management products and services and secure new business opportunities.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the proposal development process, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, identify key propositions and develop compelling proposals, executive summaries and client narratives for target audiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end content / proposal development process, managing timelines, deliverables, reviews and stakeholder coordination.
  • Deliver high-quality final materials under tight deadlines, with strong attention to structure, language, formatting and detail.
  • Review, edit and polish various sales-enablement materials to ensure content is accurate, persuasive, consistent and aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain proposal content, templates, reference materials and other sales-enablement materials in a structured and methodical manner.
  • Use research, market intelligence, industry trends and best practices to enhance sales enablement content, including client case studies, market insights, thought leadership and award submissions.
  • Ensure GPS sales content adheres to applicable processes, procedures, compliance and risk standards, serving as a point of quality and audit control.

To be successful you will need:

  • Solid understanding of cash management and/or transaction banking products and solutions; background in financial services and/or corporate commercial banking and frontline exposure will be highly valued.
  • Experience in Proposal Writing and Sales Content development is an advantage.
  • Exceptional project management, with proven success in delivering regional or global projects and meticulous attention to detail
  • Written skills in Mandarin is an advantage as role requires supporting North Asia market.
  • Results-oriented, self-directed and adaptable, with strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • University graduate or equivalent qualification.
