In this key role, you’ll bring together technology and transformation services for Consumer Business clients, with a focus on growing the Deloitte Private market segment by serving large privately owned and family-owned businesses, as well as private equity-owned businesses.

You’ll help clients shape and deliver new business models and transform the processes that make them work.

• Master’s degree in relevant business discipline.
• More than 8–10 years’ experience with a proven track record business/operational transformation program, preferably in consulting.
• Demonstrated experience translating strategy into large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programs, bridging business and technology through business architecture, and helping organizations become future-ready.
• Experience in consumer business industry with deep understanding of core processes and value drivers.
• Managed large teams or multiple projects simultaneously where you developed the people skills to guide and develop high-performing teams.

As a Senior Manager, you lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle. This starts with defining an operational strategy and extends to (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes.

You build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and bring strong project management and industry expertise. With a strategic mindset, you help clients reimagine their operations to achieve radical cost reductions and improve the quality and speed of decision-making, using digital technologies to enable efficient, customer-centric and sustainable solutions. With your dedicated focus on Consumer Business, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and act as a key advisor to senior client stakeholders, primarily on the COO agenda. By combining strategic insight with hands-on leadership, you will deliver innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions that directly shape the future of clients.

Together with your team, you develop innovative and scalable improvements for our clients to respond to rapidly evolving technologies, a quickly changing geopolitical landscape, and a tight labour market. Within this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from industry experts with a wide range of expertise.
