We're looking for a Senior Manager, Consumer & Market Insights, to bring that understanding into the heart of our product strategy. Embedded within our Upstream Marketing team, you'll be an individual contributor responsible for leading customer and market research that influences new product development, portfolio strategy, and major business decisions. You’ll use data gathered internally and externally to go beyond reporting what customers say to uncover the underlying needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities that should guide where we invest and innovate. If have excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, a deep background in gathering consumer insights, and are energized by getting close to customers, finding the insight others miss, and seeing your research directly influence real products and business decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
You can be in our Orange, CA (Tustin in 2028) or Park City, UT (Heber City in 2027) office. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees typically working onsite three days per week. Additional in-office days may be required from time to time for onboarding, training, team meetings, project collaboration, or other business needs. Travel is expected up to 30%.

The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $153,000 to $185,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
