At Quantum Systems, we develop advanced autonomous systems for defense and security across multiple domains, combining unmanned platforms with integrated software and AI.
As Senior Manager Compliance Governance & Regulatory Affairs, you will play a key role in building and strengthening Quantum Systems’ Group Ethics & Compliance program. You will take end-to-end functional ownership for the Group Compliance Management System, with a focus on policy governance, compliance risk assessment, regulatory change management and implementation, compliance monitoring and reporting, data protection coordination, and governance oversight of selected regulatory compliance areas such as trade compliance.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with clear functional ownership and no direct people-management responsibility at present. You will independently develop, implement and continuously improve the compliance programs, frameworks and processes within your area of responsibility, translating regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based and scalable compliance structures. Working closely with relevant corporate functions and subject-matter owners, you will help embed effective compliance into how our fast-growing international business operates and scales.
