Job Description

• 
  Lead corporate communications, branding, and marketing initiatives to promote organisational programmes and services.
• 
  Develop and implement communication strategies across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• 
  Create and manage marketing materials, publications, and promotional content to support outreach activities.
• 
  Plan and coordinate publicity campaigns, events, stakeholder engagements, and official visits.
• 
  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communications.
• 
  Oversee visitor engagement operations, including bookings, logistics coordination, and service delivery.
• 
  Supervise team members and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• 
  Monitor campaign performance, visitor feedback, and engagement data to improve outreach effectiveness.
• 
  Manage budgets, project timelines, and administrative matters related to communications and outreach.

Requirements:

• 
  Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• 
  Relevant experience in communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or training administration, with supervisory experience preferred.
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• 
  Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• 
  Experience in public sector communications or visitor/gallery operations is an advantage.
